How to order |
 |
- To add a product into your Shopping Cart click on BUY NOW. If you wish to view the product description of the selected item, click on the image itself.
- Once you click on BUY NOW, the items in your Shopping Cart will be listed out. From the Shopping Cart you can:
- click on CONTINUE SHOPPING if you wish to shop for other items. Repeat Step 1 to add more items into your Shopping Cart.
- click on REMOVE COLUMN to remove any of the selected items from your Shopping Cart.
- click on UPDATE if you edit any quantities or remove any selected items.
- click on CHECK OUT if you wish to end your shopping session.
- Double check on your order (QUANTITY and PRICE) on DELIVERY INFORMATION . Please ensure your SHIPPING ADDRESS is correct. If you wish to change the address, please click on CHANGE ADDRESS to edit the shipping address information.
- Click CONTINUE to PAYMENT INFORMATION where you can choose your preferred PAYMENT METHOD.
- Click CONTINUE to ORDER CONFIRMATION. Double check all the details. Click on CONFIRM ORDER after you make sure that all the information provided are correct else click Edit to edit the information.
- Your order is now completed. You will direct to SECURED PAYMENT PAGE, processed by Mobile88.com.
- You shall receive a confirmation via email containing the Order Reference Number; which is sent by iPay88 . There is a PAYMENT ID as your Order Reference Number.
Please keep the ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER securely for future reference. |

Complete a bank deposit slip with the information below and deposit it along with your cash at any of the following bank branches. Do not forget to write your NAME and ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER on the deposit slip and fax a copy to us at +603-7847 3728 as proof of payment.

Stock / Inventory availability |

As our commitment towards our customers, we try our best to ensure that items listed for sale is always available and ready to be shipped. Items that are in stock will be shipped to you within 2-5 working days,subject to payment being made and cleared in 24 hours after the order is made. We recognize the need for prompt delivery and make every effort to facilitate your order the shipment as quickly as possible.
However, some of the items may be temporarily out of stock. Thus, we will only charge for items available for shipment. When we have restocked backordered items are the item again, we will keep you informed at once.
Our customers' satisfaction is our TOP PRIORITY. As such, you are always welcome to request for items that are not listed on our website. We will forward your request to our manufacturers to confirm whether that particular item will be available and you will be informed about its availability as soon as possible. |

Order processing |

Your orders will be processed daily from Monday to Friday (Business Day). The cut-off time for order processing is 3 pm for each business day. Orders placed on weekend or public holidays (Malaysia) will be processed on the following business day. Orders for items that are in stock are usually delivered within 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment.
If you place an order and then notice an error, please e-mail us at sales@etoys.com.my immediately so that we may correct your order. If you suspect that your order did not transmit successfully or feel that there may have been any other problems, please e-mail us so that we may confirm receipt of your order and contact you for further action. |

Upon successful payment transaction, we will e-mail you to confirm your order and advise the CONSIGNMENT NOTE NUMBER (for domestic order) after we shipped the order. Any consent regarding the delay of shipment or availability of an item will be notified through e-mail. |

Order cancellation |

If you wish to cancel your whole order or partial items of your order, kindly inform us by email sales@etoys.com.my quoting your ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER. Cancellation is NOT allowed after your payment has been made. We will send out your order subject to your payment. All orders will be deemed as VOID if you do not make any payment within 3 days after we sent you the invoice unless you specify prior reservation due to special circumstances. |

Domestic Shipping
Your orders will be sent via our appointed courier i.e GD Express. Please be reminded that It is very important to inspect for any damages to the goods received as well as the correct umber of cartons (is it tally with the consignment notes?) before you sign and acknowledge the receipt.
